Shipping Service Conditions

Orders equal to or greater than €25 (+VAT) can enjoy our free shipping service, with delivery and pickup of rented audiovisual equipment*.

This service operates:

Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00
Saturdays and Sundays – Closed (Service available only by appointment and at additional cost)

*IMPORTANT NOTE: Service availability is subject to transport hours reservation. The free service is limited to a certain delivery radius and does not include carrying the equipment up to the residence. We always try to respect delivery times as much as possible, although there are external factors beyond our control, such as traffic. Pickup times are approximate, with a margin of about 3 hours, as deliveries always take priority if they coincide with return times.

For other locations not included in the previous list, a fee for delivery and pickup of equipment will be calculated at €0.30/km from our offices to the address provided by the customer, according to viamichelin.es

The kilometers must be multiplied by the number of necessary trips. For example, just for delivery it’s 2 trips (round trip), for delivery and pickup it’s 4 trips. If the route includes tolls, these must also be added.
