The prices shown on the website include the fee for the rental duration. You need to add the products to the order form to see the final calculation with VAT and insurance.
For rates on rentals longer than 7 days, please contact us by email or phone, indicating the equipment you need and the rental duration.
You can also select one day for all the equipment you need to rent and in the order comments tell us the exact delivery and return dates.
Our equipment is exclusively for professionals in the audiovisual sector. To register as a new customer and place an order, you will need to prove your professional status and receive authorization from the administrative department (a process that can take about 30 minutes).
We do not deliver the order if the person collecting the equipment does not identify themselves with their ID document.
If the order includes batteries, a full charge is not guaranteed. Due to temperature changes or internal battery factors, batteries can discharge on their own without being used.
Our hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 7:45 PM. Although we are not open on Saturdays or Sundays, you can book the delivery or return of your order for an additional cost starting from 150 euros and only by appointment.
Coefficients are a tool we use to fairly and transparently calculate the cost of renting our equipment based on the time you need them. Instead of charging a fixed rate for each hour or day, we adjust the price according to a proportional value based on the duration of use.
The coefficient system establishes that the daily cost or for long periods is calculated by applying a scale that proportionally reduces the price as you rent for longer. So, if you rent for several days or weeks, the cost per day will be less than if you rent for just one day.
Yes, it’s very easy. You can cancel or modify your reservation by sending an email to bcn@avisualpro.es or mad@avisualpro.es. Remember to check the rental conditions before making any changes.
Once you’ve completed the order form, we’ll send you an email with all the information to finalize the reservation.
The insurance does NOT cover damage due to misuse of the equipment by the customer, this includes situations such as breaking the camera’s card port, exposing the sensor to lasers, breakage due to incorrect equipment assembly, etc. Also excluded from coverage are breakdowns or damages due to wear and tear, lack of skill, negligence, electrical and magnetic damage, scratches and/or scrapes, software defects, theft, fraud, misappropriation, and contamination damage. It also doesn’t cover use and damage of equipment on drones.
The equipment is insured during travel against the risk of loss, damage and/or expense, as a result of accidents to the carrying vehicle. During stays (assembly and filming), the insurance covers theft, fire, breakage, water damage, etc., and has been expressly extended to guarantee lens breakage. For more details, you should consult the rental conditions.
It depends on how you paid it: if you paid in cash, the return is immediate. In case of bank transfer, we process the transfer at the time of equipment return and it will reach you within a maximum of 24/48 hours depending on your bank. And lastly, if you paid by credit card, it will arrive within a maximum of 8 calendar days, also depending on your bank.
All orders include a deposit based on the type of rented material. The minimum deposit is €50.
You can pay in cash, by bank card, or by bank transfer.
The payment of the rent plus the deposit is made at the time of equipment delivery, which is why our delivery personnel are equipped with a portable card reader, so you can pay by bank card. On the other hand, if you want to pay in cash, we would appreciate if you could inform us in advance of the amount of cash you will provide, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the delivery person will have change; in case you cannot pay the exact amount, the change would be added to the deposit and returned to you along with it when you return the equipment.
If you want to pay in cash or by bank card, the payment of the rent plus the deposit will be made at the time of equipment delivery, whether at our offices or directly to the delivery person. If you pay by bank transfer, the payment must be in our account the day before the equipment delivery.
If it’s your first time renting from AVisual, one of the payments must be made with a credit card.
Transport is free for orders equal to or greater than €25 (+VAT). This service is limited to a certain delivery radius and is subject to availability.
The transport of the equipment does not include bringing it up to your residence or assembly. The delivery person will hand over the equipment to you at street level.
We try to respect the delivery times as much as possible, although there are external factors beyond our control. For example, traffic. The collection times are approximate, with a margin of about 3 hours. This is because when deliveries and returns coincide in schedule, deliveries take priority.
In case the indicated address cannot be accessed for any reason (e.g., road works, closed street, pedestrian street, restricted hours, etc.), we will deliver the order as close as possible.
