Request your equipment just like on our website. Plus, through the ‘AVisual PRO’ mobile app you will receive real-time notifications about your order status and about our latest news.
Step by step: how to rent

Log in to your account or, if this is your first order, create one by filling in the form in just 1 minute. Then, in the order form, enter the date, the time and the delivery and return address, and confirm the rental request.

Confirmation
You have completed your rental request! You will receive an email with your order summary and, in less than an hour, the availability confirmation and the deposit amount.

What you should know about renting with us
Which rate should I choose?
We calculate the rental rate from the delivery time agreed with the customer until the equipment is returned.
A rental day is 24 hours and any delay in the return is charged as an additional rental day. Read the rental terms here.
We also offer the 1/2 Day rate.
Service hours
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30h to 19:45h.
Saturdays and Sundays – Closed (service available by prior appointment only and at an additional cost).
Free transport service
For both delivery and collection of the rented equipment, transport is free for a number of towns that you can check here and for orders of 25€ (+VAT) or more.
AVisual CLUB members always have this service, regardless of the rental value.
Rates and payment methods
Rates do not include the 21% VAT or the 6% insurance. To see the final amount you must add the products to the cart.
The deposit is calculated depending on the value of the rented equipment and the minimum is 50€. This deposit will be refunded to the same payment method once the condition of the returned equipment has been checked.
Payments can be made in cash, by card or by bank transfer.
