Choose the products, quantity, number of rental days, and add them to the cart. Fill out the form, log into your account or create one if it’s your first order, and confirm your rental request.
Select the product and add it to the cart, indicating the units you need and the rental days. Do the same for all the products you need. Remember that you can use the search function or the different navigation menus. Before continuing… Are you sure you haven’t forgotten anything?
Log into your account or, if it’s your first order, create one by filling out the form in just 1 minute. Then indicate the date, time, and address for delivery and return in the order form and confirm the rental request.
You have completed the rental request! You will receive an email with your order summary and within an hour, the availability confirmation and the deposit amount.

We calculate the rental rate from the agreed time with the customer for delivery until its return.
One rental day represents 24 hours and any delay in return is charged as if it were another rental day. Check the rental conditions here.
We also offer a half-day rate.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 7:45 PM.
Saturdays and Sundays – Closed (Service available only by appointment and with additional cost).
For both delivery and collection of rented equipment, transport is free for a number of locations that you can check HERE and for orders equal to or greater than €25 (+VAT).
AVisual CLUB members have this service always available, regardless of the rental value.
Rates do not include 21% VAT or 6% insurance. To know the final amount, you must add the products to the cart.
The deposit is calculated depending on the value of the rented equipment and the minimum is €50. This deposit will be refunded using the same payment method once the condition of the returned equipment has been verified.
Payments can be made in cash, by card, or by bank transfer.
